In this role you will beresponsible for leading Oracle ERP projects providing functionaland technical solutions. You will lead mentor and coach a team oftechnical leads & Software Engineers involved in the designdevelopment and deployment of large mission critical applications.We need your experience in driving innovation to ensure thatsystems drive value to the business and customers. Roles andResponsibilities
  • Leadingdesign and implementation of Oracle ERP Solutions across Financeand Procurement business functionalareas.
  • Provide hands on ERP experience forcross functional initiatives including integrations with otherInhouse applications and 3rd party products.
  • Contribute to the development of solution architecturemethodologies and compliance activities.
  • Facilitate the definition of project goals tasks and resourcerequirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflictswithin and between projects or functional areas; develop methods tomonitor project progress.
  • Liaise with externalsuppliers and internal departments / IT teams to collaborate anddesign and implement robust ERP solutions and interfaces betweenapplications.
  • Provide technical mentoring tothe technical leads and review / contribute to the artefactsdelivered including Technical Architecture Functional andNonfunctional requirements Interface specifications and solutiondesign documents.
  • Management of multipleprojects simultaneously some of which will span across multiplebusiness areas.
  • Lead platform related projectsand ensure maintenance and support (24/7) of ERP platform workingclosely with Infrastructure team.
  • Manage anddrive continuous development of industryspecific accelerators(templates best practices automation tools) for faster delivery.
  • Interact regularly with business units todetermine their needs and to develop plans for improvingdelivery.
  • Ensures that project status issuesand successes are communicated to project team stakeholderssponsors steering committee and documentedappropriately.
  • Implement automation to improvemonitoring reporting and continuous improvement of Productionsystems.
  • Document technical risks and issuesand actively work to avoid mitigate resolve risks and technicaldebt.
  • Ensure system designs are manageablemaintainable scalable resilient sustainable cost effective whilstaddressing business requirements.
  • Collaboratewith Procurement and Contracts department to ensure timely renewalof Application and technology licensessupport.

Qualifications AboutYou
  • Bachelor Degree withminimum 8 years of experience in implementing end to end ERPsolutions.
  • Should have a deep Oracle ERPFunctional expertise (across Financials Purchasing and Inventory)coupled with good technical expertise and strong handson experiencewith Oracle ERP solution architectures design rollout andimplementation.
  • Handson experience inidentifying technology opportunities and delivering them throughmodern software engineering lifecycle.
  • Strongexperience in formulating technical solutions and led thedelivery.
  • Ability to work closely with bothbusiness IT & Supplier subject matter experts to managedelivery of business solutions.
  • Expertise insolution designing fitment analysis and process mapping to systemapplications.
  • Should have good understanding ofERP platform/architecture.
  • Comprehensiveexperience in providing support & conceptualization fortechnical solution delivery using technology driven ITsolutions.
  • Should have good understanding ofcloud solutions both SaaS and PaaS.
  • Overallstrong Project Management capabilities and proven experience indelivering complex projects.
  • Certification inPMP (Project Management Professional) would bepreferred.
  • Domain expertise on Airport Domainwould be added advantage.
  • Must have goodanalytical and problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshootand solve problems.
  • Good interpersonalcommunication and organizationalskills.
