To ensure excellence in Quality Assurance and Control throughout all operations, processes, and documentation of the company

Ensure the completion of internal ISO Quality System Audits of departments and sites

  • Assess and implement total quality management system throughout the company
  • Deliver materials related to quality to sites
  • Assist other companies under the Group with obtaining ISO certifications
  • Coordinate with external certification bodies during external auditsآ
  • Collect installation reports done by third-party quality inspections from Bureau Veritas
  • Lead quality award and recognition campaigns by implementing best quality practices with internal business excellence teams and external consultants
  • Collect feedback from main contractors, consultants, and project representatives with regards to the efficiency of site installations
  • Analyze customer survey feedback and propose corrective actions related to quality control
  • Prepare specialized report on Facilities Management customers' feedback for the Senior Executive Director
  • Conduct random quality checks and surprise visits to the Ducts division

Internal Work Relationships within Group:
All departments of M&E and Project sites: departmental and site procedures, training requirements, internal audits conducted, non-conformities reported to departments and project sites

External Work Relationships:
