As a growing organisation, wehave vacancies for Support Worker Roles. We are looking for caringand vibrant individuals to provide support services with care to the individuals andmake a difference to the lives of people in ourcommunity.

Duties & Tasks mayinclude any or a range of the following or more, depending onindividual needs, goals andcircumstances.
  • Assisting with a range of care servicesincluding personal care, domesticduties
  • Social and community accesswithin the home environment and out in thecommunity.
  • Transporting client to social outings and socialengagements
  • Assist with the delivery ofactivities to enhance the physical, social, emotional andintellectual development of those in theircare.
  • Help supporting clients toachieve their goals and assisting them with many aspects oflife


Requirements Basic personal traits requiredby most clients in their support workers:
  • Enthusiasm and passion for providingquality support to participants and families with patience and carefor others
  • A clear understanding of expectations from oneselfworking as a support worker
  • Competence in written and verbal communication
  • Able to perform task and domestic duties efficiently
  • Flexibility in unplanned extension of a rostered shift
  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively withincrisis and emergency situations

All Support Workers aspirant toapply for the role must have:
  • Current DriversLicence or Approved License to Drive inVictoria
  • COVID VaccinationCertificate
  • Valid PoliceCheck
  • Certificate 3 &/or 4 inDisability, or other relevant experience(preferred)
