We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both firefighting equipment and the unique needs of the oil and gas sector in Qatar, and will be responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting and selling our products and services to clients within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector in Qatar. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and building a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities, track sales activities, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand the specific firefighting needs and challenges faced by clients in the oil and gas industry and provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.

Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including equipment, technology, and solutions relevant to the oil and gas sector.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing ongoing support and assistance.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting the value proposition of our firefighting solutions. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing and implementation.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in both firefighting and the oil and gas sector and use this knowledge to position our offerings effectively.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitive offerings, and emerging trends in the oil and gas industry. Use this information to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and revenue forecasts.

Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Work closely with clients to understand their specific firefighting requirements and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and build relationships with English-speaking clients.

Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, with more than 5 years of experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex firefighting equipment and technologies.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Driving license is mandatory.
