Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipments, and services.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up the progress of clients' solving with maintenance team.
  • Provide service feedback, recommended solutions and commercial offers to the clients.
  • Negotiate and achieve deadlines for the submissions of quotations.
- follow u material delivery based on quotations.

  • Submission of invoices and work completion certificates.
- follow up payment collection and clearance.

Skills required:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years similar experience of installation and maintenance of HVAC, Water systems, air conditioners, water heaters, water chillers, water pumps and home appliances.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong working experience in Qatar market
  • Qatar Driving license is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Service Sales: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
