  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concept Architect Engineer to join our team. As a Concept Architect Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing innovative design solutions and technical expertise to support our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual architectural designs and engineering solutions that meet project requirements and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to create comprehensive project plans.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential design challenges.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations, to clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced software tools and technologies to produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the design process.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to assess construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers to foster professional growth within the team.
  • Stay updated with emerging industry trends, materials, and technologies, and integrate them into design concepts when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and address projectrelated queries.
Qualifications:

  • UPDA certification with Grade A is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working with a consultant or reputed contracting company.
  • Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, and materials.
  • Indepth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver highquality results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities to overcome design challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
