Baladīyat al Ghuwayrīyah, Qatar amentum Full time

PrincipalAccountabilities:

  • Maintain, update, review, annotate,and file historical records for all BEAR/BoB equipment types.
  • Maintain, update, review, annotate, and file historicalrecords for FSE non-vehicular equipment types.
  • Ensurethat historical records are checked for accuracy, and properlyfiled upon completion.
  • Update and input data into thedatabase maintenance inspection schedules utilizing theComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Responsible for receipt actions to equipment historical records.
  • Able to understand, collate and upload contents to thecontract Data Management System (DMS) requiring reference tovarious sources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must have excellentorganizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read andwrite English at an intermediate level.
  • Must beproficient in the use of personal computers and Windows OperatingSystem and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power PointExcel and Word programs.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobatpreferred.
  • Must be able to exercise initiative, judgmentand know-how in the performance of complex, confidential anddifficult duties

Experience & Education:

  • HighSchool Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have oneyear experience in administrative or clerical capacity.
  • Maximo experience is preferred.
  • DPAS experience ispreferred

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:

  • Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouseenvironment and may be required to work outdoors for extendedperiods.
  • Will be required to wear proper PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures andas required for task being performed.
  • Physically capableof performing all required duties; capable oflifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
