Some of the key roles and responsibilities of IT Helper include but are not limited to the following.- Movement of IT Assets or equipment's within buildings or outside.
- Ensure the IT Store is kept clean and in an orderly manner. Any issuance or receipt of assets from the IT Store is to be recorded in the asset register book and submitted to the relevant authorized person.
- Provide Support for the IT team in any tasks other than mentioned above
- Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks vacuum/ Desktops and Laptops at periodic intervals.
- Commuting between Doha & Mesaieed offices,
