Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources.
  • Review and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective organizational management.
  • Establish and monitor objectives to ensure successful achievement.
  • Manage all the real estate leasing activities including vetting prospective clients, attracting new tenants, rental negotiations, and the development of attractive leasing packages.
  • Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance with company's rules and procedures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of real estate leasing activities.
  • Coordinate with tenants on a regular basis to resolve issues.
  • Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation.
  • Guided real estate leasing team activities to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Followed up with tenants' rental payments, lease renewals, rent arrears, and bounced cheques.
  • Conducted real estate property tours for qualified tenants and maintained contact with lessees to resolve property management issues.
  • Facilitated meetings with legal and operations departments, identifying solutions to achieve occupancy targets. Oversaw hiring and training of real estate leasing employees.
  • Conducted real estate market analysis, surveying property market to identify competitive leasing rates and market trends.
  • Streamlined operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve profitability and efficiency. Updated property administration records and CRM information systems.
  • Preparing the real estate leasing contracts and updating the tenants list and preparing the list for due renewals.
  • Writing to tenants to inform them for their due payments and follow up the payments and bounced cheques.
  • Making real estate reports, contracts, agreements and other documents.
  • Identify suitable prospective tenants and attend to walkin and telephone inquiries
  • Prepare, update and maintain all leasing reports/ records including tenant's profile, offer letters, tenancy agreements, daily correspondence and proposals.
  • Attend to the daytoday complaints from tenants pertaining to real estate leasing/ operational matters and coordinate with other departments to resolve such problems.
  • Research and assembles information from variety of sources for preparation of records, organize and maintain office files, procedural or other changes to achieve greater productivity to comply with new requirements.
  • Ensure that the real estate leasing policy is strictly always adhered.
  • Always represent the real estate company in the highest professional and ethical manner.
  • Set up the real estate objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved.
  • Reporting to the CEO on weekly basis on the leasing progress and keep updating prevailing real estate market trends in terms of leasing.
