Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills should be accompanied by relevant leadership experience and the ability and commitment to deliver excellence in all aspects of our academic provision.
In this role, you will have a specific focus on all aspects of the academic provision, including assessment, pedagogy, and quality assurance of teaching and learning, as well as the academic achievements of students.
You will have high expectations of standards, create a welcoming environment which is conducive to learning and promote the tenets of High Performance Learning.
As a leader of teams, you will further foster a culture which is centred around commitment, enthusiasm and cooperation whilst ensuring the core values of DC permeate all aspects of life at Doha College Primary.
You will lead the academic life of the school, as well as contribute to the school's ongoing strategic development as a member of the Primary Leadership Group and also the whole-school Educational Leadership Team (ELT).

With a strong track record in leadership and management and with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will have high expectations of academic standards.
