The Senior Concierge assists in themanagement of the Concierge team. The Senior Concierge is requiredto demonstrate humility in leadership of the team, be technicallysound on Front Office software, prides the team on flair in servicedelivery, be a poised communicator, has an inquisitive spirit,creative mind to curate fresh experiences and a sense ofresponsibility to uphold the Raffles Brand. In joining the team fora pre-opening journey, the Senior Concierge has to be ready toembody a tenacious and innovative spirit in building the teamtogether with the leaders.

KEYROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Takesresponsibility and ownership in creating personal connectionsthrough emotional luxury between Concierge andguests
• Deals with external stakeholders forcollaborations and contracts with the hotel's interest inmind
• Arranges, coordinates and monitors anytravel, ticket, tour, and attraction bookings as well as offsiterestaurant reservations that are arranged by theConcierge
• Promotes in-house facilities andinter-hotel sales and maintains good inter-divisional relationshipsto ensure seamless guest journey
• Maintainscommunication channels with all departments of thehotel
• Curate concierge experiential journey andensure adherence of service sequence
• EnforcesPMS system etiquette and accuracy of administrativeduties
• Ready to cover all roles and functionsof the Concierge Team
• Assists other hoteldepartment functions when the needarises
• Maintains oversight and allocatesresources to the smooth running of the dailyoperation
• Responsible for maintaining inventorylevels, maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and operatingsupplies
• Appraise appearance, ensuresdiscipline, and efficiency of all staff under directsupervision
• Assist to set out KPIs anddeliverables for the year with the ConciergeManager
• Create action plan and monthly overviewof goals set out for the year with the ConciergeManager
• Training and coordination withsupporting departments
• Use data from givenhotel systems to analyze areas of improvement and creating actionplans for betterment of service
• Intuitivelyanticipates through observation and interactions guests'needs and wants and orchestrates uniqueexperiences
• Promptly answers any in-house guestcalls, instant messages and emails and communicates with respectivedepartments in the resolution of guests'requests
• Fully understands the Front-of-Houseposition and the whole department constantly renews and developsitself to make sure to keep up with the trends in hospitalityindustry
