Job Summary and PurposeManage all financialactivities related to NSW to ensure informative, timely andaccurate management reports in compliance with applicable laws,rules and regulations.

As well as manage and implement sustainablefinancial controls to ensure NSW operations and business are in aprofitable manner.

AccountabilitiesStrategic Accountabilities:
1.Contribute to the formulation of the divisional strategy inalignment with NAKILAT and NSW strategies, and support itsimplementation.2. Participate in translating the divisionalstrategy into annual business plan, monitor implementation andprogress, and recommend corrective actions as needed.3. Plan,develop and lead an efficient and robust Finance function tosupport NSW's strategic planning initiatives, operationsand activities.

Key Accountabilities:
Internal Controls:4. Developthe Company financial policies and procedures and oversee theirproper implementation to support the financial practices andachieve the planned objectives.5.

Oversee all applicable financialcontrols and ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk aswell as compliance with applicable regulatory and other legalrequirements.


Financial Management:
6. Provide an independent andconstructive perspective to commercial and operations teams, toensure the business decisions are grounded on solid financialcriteria.7.

Support NSW MD with insights on the Financial positionof the Company, by presenting an objective view of the Financialsituation and providing sound recommendations for the allocationsof resources in the most efficient way to achieve the businessgoals and objectives.8.

Oversee the activity-based costing and makerecommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.9. Leadall function's objectives and KPIs set by the Company inaccordance with the approved plan and timelines. 10.

Review themonthly budget variances analysis and segments profitability andrecommend corrective action to avoid adverse variances anddeviation from the business plan.11.

Oversee cash flow planning andensure availability of funds as needed. 12. Oversee therelationship with various stakeholders; i.e. external auditors andNakilat Finance.

Knowledge Transfer:
13. Build the team skills,through transformation initiatives and major change programs, andraise awareness and knowledge of applicable financial policies andprocedures.14. Manage NSW Finance staff to deliver the setfunctional objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree In Accounting or Finance

Master's Degree and/or specialized professionalcertificatesExperience:

  • 12 to15 years of relatedexperience of which a minimum of 5 years should be in a similarrole / responsibility.

  • Industry-specific software such as like Great Plains, QuickBooks,Simply Accounting, SAP, CaseWare, tax preparation software, MIS andAudit Command Language
