Job Description:

Role Summary**- Administration of all matters procurement (consultant and/or contractor), from receipt of tender documents through to Award and Contract formation.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement
  • Review / prepare Tender Documents, Tender Plan etc.
  • Review / prepare Tender Queries received from the Tenderer's
  • Monitor tender queries on each project/tender and liaise with Team to prepare Tender Circulars
  • Following up with relevant departments until the Tender Circular issued to the Tenderer's.
  • Review and Process Extension of Time (EOT) request for Tender Submission and followup.
  • Review / prepare Technical Evaluation report and draft recommendation to the Tenders And Auctions Committee.
  • Review Technical and Financial Post Tender Clarifications and issue to bidders through relevant authorities.
  • Review Tender / recommendation memo and issue to relevant departments.
  • Review Draft Contract Documents and laisse with relevant departments until the contract is signed.
  • Review Tender Circulars, Letters, Expression of Interest (EOT), Invitation to Tender (ITT), Notice to Proceed (NTP) & Post Tender Clarifications (PTC) documents of any given area
  • Maintain Procurement tracker;
  • For PWA Design tenders, assist to prepare tender documents, BoQ, evaluate tender returns and prepare award recommendation.
  • Preparation and revision of various weekly and monthly progress reports as required;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Relationships

  • Collaboratively work with the Commercial Team members and the Design Department counterpart in resolving all procurement issues.
