  • Develop appropriate Computerized information system to meet the need of all staff.
  • Establish and maintain a database for information sharing amongst all divisions.
  • Develop & execute program of maintenance and support for all relevant IT systems & software to ensure a minimum of downtime and fast resolution of any problems.
  • Direct the preparation and execution of computer and server operation procedures and recommend IT and computer use policies.
  • Set up and monitor systems for responding to enquiries from staff to help them resolved any hardware or software problems.
  • Ensure maintenance of a log of any software or hardware problems detected and recommend appropriate action.
  • Direct the setting up of user profiles, network connections and access rights to information databases.
  • Lead user support initiatives and programs including provision of necessary training and advice to ensure understanding of the functionality of systems.
  • Negotiate Services level agreements with internal customers and service providers and monitor services delivery to ensure agreed targets and standards are met.
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers and other subcontractors for the resolution of technical problems and hoop up to their support centers for escalation as a 2nd level support.
  • Manage end user computer devices images which includes imaging software, images updates, management, etc.
