  • Builds arapport with all allocated guests and maintains interactions inorder to facilitate guest recognition and obtain informationregarding their preferences for guesthistory
  • Provides a continual source ofinformation, help and assistance to allguests
  • Checks the Suites prior to the guestarrival
  • Coordinates all guest entertainment,activities, making reservations, and using Concierge as and whenrequired
  • Ability to provide full itineraries ofentire stay, with updates daily on eveningservice
