URGENTLY REQUIRED:
Archive Specialist


We are seeking an
experienced Archive Specialist to develop and manage an efficient archiving system, ensuring the secure storage and easy retrieval of our vast repository of documents and digital records.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive archiving system tailored to the real estate sector
:

  • Ensure the
    integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of physical and digital archives.
-
Develop policies and procedures for document handling and archiving, in compliance with legal and company standards
:

  • Collaborate with various departments to identify archiving needs and provide support and training on archiving practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the archiving system meets industry standards and company requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest in archiving technology and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 35 years
    Proven experience in archive management or a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of archiving systems and recordkeeping principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using archiving software and databases

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with legal documents in Qatar, handling and archiving
