We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storekeeper.

The Storekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system, ensuring the smooth functioning of our production and distribution processes.


Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Implement proper storage techniques to preserve the quality and freshness of products.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.

Product Arrangement:

  • Arrange and organize products in the store for easy access and retrieval.
  • Implement a systematic approach to categorize and label items for efficient tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize product expiration.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory status, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary data for forecasting and planning.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment and ordering.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to address any inventoryrelated issues promptly.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
