**Résumé des fonctions**

Prodiguer des soins et services d'épilation aux clients. Évaluer les besoins des clients, se renseigner sur les contre-indications et examiner la peau, les cheveux ou les ongles afin d'évaluer leur état, leur apparence et l'adéquation du service prévu. Déterminer les soins appropriés pour les cheveux, la peau ou les ongles, conseiller les clients sur ces soins et leur recommander des traitements à domicile. Promouvoir et vendre les services et produits du spa/salon de beauté. Accompagner les clients jusqu'aux cabines de soin. Préparer la station de travail et/ou la cabine de soin avec les produits, équipements et fournitures nécessaires pour garantir le confort et la sécurité du client. Nettoyer, entretenir et stériliser les instruments. Surveiller et respecter le planning tout au long de la journée. Gérer les comportements inappropriés des clients en mettant un terme à la prestation et en prévenant le superviseur/responsable. Avoir en permanence une autorisation d'exercer valide pour le service assuré. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s'assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d'informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l'hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la compagnie, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s'unir et s'entraider afin d'atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
