You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of leading and shaping not only our wonderful students but one of our fabulous Primary KS2 Phase teams, taking a crucial role in supporting curriculum development, teaching and assessment practices and student achievement.


As a leader of teams, you will further foster a culture which is centred around commitment, enthusiasm and cooperation whilst ensuring the core values of DC permeate all aspects of life at Doha College Primary.

You will lead an expanding phase team of approx class teachers and nearly 400 children and will play a significant role in contributing to the school's ongoing strategic development as a member of the Primary Leadership team.

In addition, the remuneration package will include an accommodation allowance, medical insurance, school fee support (75% of fees in the school for up to three children), a flight allowance (one return flight per year to a home location), a settling-in allowance and an end-of-service gratuity.
