  • Ensure compliance by all partiesof COMPANY HSE requirements and Policies as well as local rules andlegislation.
  • Ensure that DBN PWM Project Objectives arewell disseminated and HSE actions are in place to meet Projectobjectives.
  • Promote safety culture within COMPANYpersonnel and CONTRACTOR as well as the reporting of SafetyObservations and incentive schemes as may be applied.
  • Ensure that CONTRACTOR always complies with safety rules, takingactions as required in case of non-compliance.
  • Followall Permit to Work (PTW) submitted by CONTRACTOR and liaise withthe SIMOPS PTW Controller on site and anticipate any need.
  • Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel andinstallations as well as protection of the environment.
  • Evaluate/monitor site working conditions related to constructionworks and assess contractor's HSE performance.
  • Focus on the early identification of potential problems and proposeappropriate solutions to site management.
  • Attend/conductregular HSE coordination meetings with CONTRACTOR representativesand Site Management to discuss and agree on safety standards,concerns and potential hazards.
  • Participate in ororganize Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) with CONTRACTORS and OffshoreCOMPANY Representative and request new JSAs if necessary.
  • Implement, monitor, and report corrective actionsfurther to HSE findings, audits and monitoring activities.
  • Report any incident and ensure that the investigation isadequately conducted, and appropriate report submitted.
  • Report to OSL and Project HSE & SIMOPS Engineer team on aDaily basis HSE statistic/ Performance / POB/Heat Stress/HSE On sercations reported similar reported by E&C HSE Supply and anyother data required.
  • Actively participate/Conduct HSEaudit/inspection as per program and liaise with other operationalparties for implementing remedial actions to ensure HSE standardsare maintained and hazards identified are effectively addressedthrough an action tracker register.
  • Ensure that allequipment mobilized on SITE is in good working condition and incompliance with COMPANY requirement and industrial standard withvalid certification.
  • Actively take part of all site andworksite HSE safety toolbox talk, mass safety talk and stand downmeeting.
  • Provide input into the lesson learnt from theDBN PWM Project.
  • Follow up on mandatory training forCOMPANY and CONTRACTOR in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure a timely review of HSE aspect of installationdocumentation.
  • Provide support, advice, and assurance onHSE matters to Project Personnel in line with standards andProject.
  • Periodically confirm Emergency Preparednessstatus through drills/tests.
  • Contribute to theimprovement in techniques, procedures and methodologies toeffectively overcome HSE challenges / difficulties.
  • Beproactive in promoting safety awareness (campaigns, initiatives) atall levels within Project PMT and CONTRACTOR personnel.
  • Stop any unsafe operation/situation and report immediately to SITEManagement.
