Content Creation and Management

  • Coordinate with the Creative Director to develop visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Develop Content Calendars by planning and scheduling posts in advance, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content.
  • Create and Curate Content including writing copy, selecting images or videos, and working with designers or using design software to prepare post layouts.
  • Adapt Creative Vision into social media formats such as stories, posts, reels, tweets, or pins that resonate with the target audience and prompt interaction.

Community Engagement and Growth

  • Manage Community Interaction by responding to comments, messages, and posts in a manner that fosters a positive community environment and encourages engagement.
  • Monitor Trends to understand what content is resonating with the audience and to identify opportunities for realtime engagement and trend capitalization.
  • Grow the Community by implementing strategies that increase
    Organic followers and engagement, such as joining conversations, using hashtags, and collaborating with influencers or brands.

Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Design Lead Generation Strategies in collaboration with the Creative Director that are tailored to social media channels, with a clear calltoaction that drives leads.
  • Implement Lead Magnets such as contests, giveaways, downloadable content, webinars, or signup forms that are designed to capture lead information.
  • Track Campaign Performance by monitoring metrics such as engagement rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and the overall ROI of social media activities.

Coordination and Communication

  • Align with Marketing Objectives by ensuring that social media campaigns support overall marketing and sales goals, and by providing feedback on campaign performance to the Creative Director.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to ensure a smooth transition of social media leads into the sales funnel, and to gain insights that could inform social media strategies.
  • Participate in Creative Meetings to stay aligned with the broader creative strategy and to contribute social media insights to campaign planning.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze Social Media Data to determine the success of campaigns and to glean insights into audience preferences and behaviors.
  • Report on KPIs and metrics to the Creative Director and other stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust Strategies based on analytics, experimenting with different content, formats, or campaigns to optimize lead generation efforts.

Platform and Tool Management

  • Utilize Social Media Management Tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance.
  • Stay UptoDate with Platform Changes to leverage new features and best practices in social media marketing and lead generation.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency across platforms, maintaining voice, aesthetics, and messaging that align with the brand guidelines established by the Creative Director.

Legal and Ethical Compliance

  • Adhere to Advertising Standards and regulations pertaining to social media advertising, ensuring that all campaigns are compliant with legal requirements.
  • Respect Intellectual Property by obtaining the necessary rights and permissions for any usergenerated content or thirdparty assets used in social media activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4year degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
  • 35 years of relevant experience
  • B2B and B2C content creation experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn required
  • Proficient in utilizing Canva to understand optimal specs, details, and best practices when designing content for the social media environment (single image, carousel, video, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills; understand optimal length, details, and specs when writing for the social media environment.
  • Great communication skills
  • Extremely detailoriented and organized
  • Comfortable with a fastpaced and evolving environment
  • Problemsolving attitude with a consistent pursuit of results
  • Excellent listener & note taker with solid verbal/written communication skills

Experience:

- content creation: 4 years (preferred)
Social Media Management: 4 years (preferred)
