Provide ongoing candidate management with an aim to attracting appropriate talent for operational positions.
Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries, including liaising with external providers.
Identify potential risks and conflicts and inform management.
Review and analyse applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.
Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and relevant stakeholders.
Undertake recruitment activities and checks to ensure that applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation, coordination and ongoing delivery of recruitment and selection activities.
