An Engineer/ Kitchen Technician will supportthe Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all Kitchen hoteloperations such that safety, security, conversation, and complianceare ensured at the highest levels.

What will I be doing? As aKitchen Technician, you are responsible for designing, building,installing, and servicing machinery, components, and tools todeliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

A Technician willalso be required to develop and test machinery and ensure thatinspections meet company standards.

Specifically, will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards :

  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot machineryand equipment by applying knowledge of mechanical engineeringtechnology.
  • Devise, fabricate and assemble new ormodified mechanical components or assemblies for products
  • Set up and conduct test of complete units and components
  • Record test procedures and results, numerical andgraphical data, and any recommendations
  • Design, build,install, and service mechanical machinery, components and tools
  • Ensure quality inspections are carried out in line withcompany standards

  • Experience in theMaintenance Department of a large hotel, hospital, ship, and/orrestaurant complex or similar
