Monitor maintenance program production schedules and ensure all tasks are performed on time and to the highest possible quality.
Maintains frequent contact with customers regarding maintenance performance and overall customer satisfaction.
Oversee the overall daily PMCS implementation. Ensure current vehicle services and make the most of equipment utilization. Track miles/kilometres and hours used for each piece of equipment.
Ensure that the responsibility, authorities and accountability of all direct reports are defined and understood.
Responsible for master control program for all assigned vehicles on hand.
Responsible for prioritizing tasks.
Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues that may arise with the service. Assist in disciplinary proceedings, when required.
