Primary purpose of job
Establish and oversee the implementation of Workers' Welfare Program in the camps RLC/MIC/DCA.

Experience & Skills:

• At least 15 years working experience in managing large scale blue collar (including expatriates) blue collar workforces.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering large scale improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing multiple diverse stakeholders.
• Proven networking and influencing skills.

Education
Degree in Science/Engineering/Social Sciences or a related field from internationally recognized university.
