On behalf of our esteemed client, Swisslinx is seeking for an experienced Operations Manager professional to join their team in Doha, Qatar.

The selected candidate will become a key member within the team and will be managing a high-quality transactions related to their public equities, fixed income and private equity funds (real estate and others). This role has a broad and diverse range of responsibilities related to operations, middle office and fund accounting transactions.

To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate:

· 3-8 years experience in the Operations role within asset management firm

· Solid experience with public equities, fixed income, private equity funds

· Knowledge of Fund Administration procedures (NAV), fund accountings

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

· Knowledge of Advent software is a plus

· Knowledge of Private Equity real estate is a plus

· Well reputable University degree, IFRS accounting knowledge

In addition you should be able to work on deadlines, show excellent attention to detail and be a good team player.
