I. Brief Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of security operations
  • Work closely with Security Manager and team members
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Assist in planning, implementation, and management of security protocols and procedures
  • Supervise and guide security personnel
  • Ensure security personnel are well-trained and effective
  • Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches promptly
  • Document incidents accurately
  • Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
  • Participate in security risk assessments
  • Recommend measures to mitigate potential risks
  • Conduct security training programs for employees
  • Emphasize security awareness and best practices in training
  • Prepare and maintain security reports, incident logs, and documentation

II. Education, Training, and Certifications Required

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Security, Investigations, Police, Forensic, or Military studies
  • Occupational Safety or General Management qualifications are not accepted
  • Security Risk Assessment Certification (advantageous)
  • Security certification from an internationally recognized institute or organization (advantageous)
  • Note: This is a security role
  • Safety experience or certifications accepted only as secondary

III. Background Experience Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of security experience
  • 5 years in a similar position
  • Experience certificates must be provided
  • Police and/or military experience can be combined with security experience
  • Police or military experience: 8 years or more in an operational role
  • Must have obtained at least the rank of warrant officer
  • No administrative/investigative/intelligence roles accepted
  • Minimum of 7 years of security management experience
  • 4 years in a similar role

IV. Age

  • Minimum age: 35
  • Maximum age: 55

V. Language Required

  • English as a second language
  • English level 2 required

VII. Selection Criteria for Employment

  • Pass a face-to-face interview
  • Demonstrate an advanced level of security knowledge and expertise
  • Management
  • Training
  • Policies and procedures
  • Risk management
  • Relevant experience related to the required role

VII. Nationality Required

  • Any nationality that fulfills the criteria can be recruited
