System Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, Camera, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
  • Maintain IT equipment Master Data
  • Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time using the ticketing tool and resolving the cases within agreed SLA.
  • Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including VLAN and Ethernet.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven success in an IT role in Qatar for at least 1 year.
  • Trading Experience is added advantage
  • Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Patient and professional demeanor, with a cando attitude

Salary:
QAR1, QAR2,000.00 per month
