Job Details

  • Ability to problemsolve PLC code and complex fieldbus IO and SCADA systems.
  • Handson experience in PLC or DDC commissioning for BT, HVAC, Utilities, Process control or equivalent
  • Communicating and working with OEM. (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
  • Understanding of Process, Production and Warehouse and Building Control Systems.
  • Maintenance and archiving of PLC programs.
  • Hardware maintenance of the plant systems (e.g., Siemens MES).
  • Brief idea on chiller controls and HVAC controls /BMS
  • Programming or optimization of wastewater treatment plant control.
  • Experience either building, commissioning, or problem solving on Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Panels.
  • Ability to understand the flow of processes within a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the Reading and Updating of Electrical and Controls Schematics and Documentation.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and data and identify system and machine optimization opportunities in order to maintain and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Work within a team and take the lead in the resolution of controls related issues and improvements.
  • Working knowledge of BACnet/Modbus
  • IO list and document reference
