JobSummary andPurpose

Manageall financial activities related to NSW to ensure informativetimely and accurate management reports in compliance withapplicable laws rules and regulations.

As well asmanage and implement sustainable financial controls to ensure NSWoperations and business are in a profitablemanner.

Accountabilities

Strategic Accountabilities:

1.Contribute to the formulation of the divisional strategy inalignment with NAKILAT and NSW strategies and support itsimplementation.
2. Participate in translating thedivisional strategy into annual business plan monitorimplementation and progress and recommend corrective actions asneeded.
3. Plan develop and lead an efficient and robustFinance function to support NSWs strategic planning initiativesoperations and activities.

KeyAccountabilities:

InternalControls:
4. Develop the Company financialpolicies and procedures and oversee their proper implementation tosupport the financial practices and achieve the plannedobjectives.
5. Oversee all applicable financial controlsand ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well ascompliance with applicable regulatory and other legalrequirements.

FinancialManagement:
6. Provide an independent andconstructive perspective to commercial and operations teams toensure the business decisions are grounded on solid financialcriteria.
7. Support NSW MD with insights on theFinancial position of the Company by presenting an objective viewof the Financial situation and providing sound recommendations forthe allocations of resources in the most efficient way to achievethe business goals and objectives.
8. Oversee theactivitybased costing and make recommendations for cost reductionand profit improvement.
9. Lead all functions objectivesand KPIs set by the Company in accordance with the approved planand timelines.
10. Review the monthly budget variancesanalysis and segments profitability and recommend corrective actionto avoid adverse variances and deviation from the businessplan.
11. Oversee cash flow planning and ensureavailability of funds as needed.
12. Oversee therelationship with various stakeholders; i.e. external auditors andNakilat Finance.

13. Build the team skills throughtransformation initiatives and major change programs and raiseawareness and knowledge of applicable financial policies andprocedures.

14. Manage NSW Finance staff todeliver the set functional objectives.

17.Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant SHEQ policiesprocedures and controls across the financefunction.

Budgets andPlans:
18. Oversee the budget preparation andexecution rolling forecasts and cost management in alignment withthe Companys strategic plan.

Systems andProcesses:
19. Lead the transformation relatedto digital technology to effectively manage analyze and presentdata in a way that yields the greatest value for thebusiness.

Others:
20. Oversee the yearend audit task and ensure appropriatemonitoring and supporting of disclosed numbers in the FinancialStatements and notes.
21. Carry out other strategicduties as directed by Nakilat Chairman NSW MD and NakilatCFO.

Qualifications Experience and JobSkillsQualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree In Accounting or Finance
  • Masters Degreeand/or specialized professional certificates
Experience:
  • 12 to15years of related experience of which a minimum of 5 years should bein a similar role / responsibility.
