Nos nettoyeurs auxiliaires jouent un rôle important dans le soutien de plusieurs fonctions vitales de l'hôtel. Dans nos hôtels, ces associés travaillent avec tous les services (p. ex., la cuisine, la restauration, la buanderie) pour soutenir les besoins de nettoyage. Que ce soit la préparation de linge propre et frais et de vaisselle impeccable pour le plaisir de nos clients, l'utilisation et l'entretien de l'équipement et des outils (p. ex., les lave-vaisselle, les postes de lavage des mains, les lave-linge et les sèche-linge), ou le transport de la vaisselle ou du linge dans l'hôtel, ces associés voient à ce que le travail soit fait.

Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Veiller au respect des attentes et des normes de qualité, développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec les autres employés et services ; s'unir et s'entraider afin d'atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu'à 50 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
