Bilingual Editor

Objective: We are seeking a meticulous Bilingual Editor to manage the translation and adaptation of content for a data-driven economic dashboard. The editor will ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and editorial quality.

Responsibilities:

• Write, translate and adapt content between Arabic and English, maintaining fidelity to the original intent and cultural nuances.
• Conduct thorough editorial reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all content.
• Create content for all digital platforms (i.e. website, dashboard, mobile )
• Provide guidance and feedback on language usage, style, and tone.
• Stay abreast of linguistic and cultural trends to inform content localization strategies.
• Review, proofread, diagnose, repair, and finalize all the organizationu2019s input, analysis, research, studies and all output with an optimal performance and highest-level accuracy and quality standards
• Ensure the right medium to display data and information, such as visuals, graphs and other form of mediums.

• Native-level proficiency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bacheloru2019s degree in journalism, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bilingual editing and localization.
• Track record of maintaining high editorial standards across multiple languages.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
