  • Operational & technicalrepresentation for offshore operations, during marine surveyactivities in overseeing survey data and providing onsiteprovisional QA/QC on the attained data whilst prioritizingactivities based on operational and sea stateconditions.
  • Work independentlywithin an operational and technical environment with multiplestakeholders with a high degree of conflictingpriorities.
  • Multiple technicalinterface agreements for internal (including Major Projectexpansion activities) and external stakeholders.

Key Job Accountabilities -I

  • Develop and manage underwaterinspection contract from tendering process until contractmanagement ensuring CPM compliance.
  • Provide technical and operational inputs, forinternal (including Major Project expansion activities) or externalsubsea construction and maintenance activities, including thirdparty No Objection Letter (NOL), approvals and activity reviews foreach stage from planning to execution, monitoring and reporting,near and above company operations subsea assets.
  • Coordinate and execute underwater inspectionactivities to meet required equipment strategies for QG, Barzan,and FAP facilities.
  • Develop andmaintain underwater inspection manual and ensurecompliance.
  • Maintain appropriaterecord of correspondence, daily logs, Issues Register andFacilities Interface Tracking Database with all third parties onall key items.
  • Ensure adherence toCompany corporate policies, procedures, and agreements in allaspects of the business with Qatari laws and all other laws asrequired.

Key JobAccountabilities - II

  • Coordinate andexecute subsea remedial activities e.g., pipeline free-spanrectification, subsea cable repair, riser clamps repair,etc.
  • Support new projects, (I1P1,EPCOL, Compression) & NFXP (NFE, NFS) subsea activities byproviding reviews for a number of engineering tasks includingmechanical and structural design support for subsea pipelinescrossings, review specifications, scopes of work and other relatedmarine pipeline crossing activities submitted by other third-partyoffshore operators for operational alignment.
  • Check work compliance during the developmentof subsea activities, reviewing execution reports,vessel's DPR (daily progress report), or mobilizingOffshore representatives on an ad hoc basis for concurrentactivities in the field.
  • Processthe Subsea Pipeline Integrity section and the company OperationsProject Departments subsea reports to update the company operationsConsolidated Field Layout system. Inform the National Authoritiesof the updated location of assetpositioning.
