MainResponsibilities:

  • Greetand extend a warm welcome to guests visitors and suppliers whilepromptly answering telephone calls in line with our brandstandards.
  • Addressguest queries and provide information on promotions room prices andlocal activities ensuring guests receive accurateinformation.
  • Executepayment transactions in accordance with established cash handlingprocedures and process reservations and cancellations efficientlyandaccurately.
  • Identifypotential corporate leads and cultivate longtermrelationships.
  • Encourageonline mentions and solicit customerfeedback.
  • Analyzeand comprehend online guest feedback exploring opportunities forimprovement.
  • Undertakegeneral office tasks including correspondence email management andfiling to ensure the reception area operatessmoothly.
  • Maintainan appropriate inventory of supplies and receptionstationery.
  • Effectivelyliaise with all departments to handle guest requests and addresscomplaints for seamless servicedelivery.
  • Ensurethe safety of all guests in adherence to safety procedures andguidelines.

Youmusthave/be:

  • Minimum of oneyear of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Officedepartment of ahotel.
  • Familiaritywith Opera(PMS).
  • HighSchool Diplomapreferred.
  • Proficiency inArabic language isadvantageous.
