WorkplaceOptions is seeking a qualified Fulltime EAP Clinical Counselor tojoin our clinical team in Singapore.

Our clinical departmentprovides counseling services on a global scale including but notlimited to clinical telephonic support, structured short-termsolution-focused counseling, crisis support, psycho educationalworkshops andtrainings.

Shifthours : 9AM to 6PM SGT(Sun-Thu)

RequirementsResponsibilities:

Provide telephonic counseling, in-the moment support and crisistelephonic management in a supportive, ethical and professionalmanner while maintainingclient-confidentiality.

Adhere to ethical, therapeutic and legal standards, which governclinical service delivery, as well as policies, procedures andlaws, which apply to the organization and country, asappropriate.

Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation in casemanagementsystem.
Possess genuine listening skills and can provide short-termclinical interventions such as Motivational Interviewing andSolution-Focused Brief Therapytechniques.

Ability to work with clients presenting with a variety of issuesnot limited to substance abuse, situations of crisis, mental healthsymptoms and/or family/relationship-related concerns impactingpersonal or workperformance.

Assess clients thoroughly to ensure clinical appropriateness ofshort-termcounseling.
Flexibility with regards to schedule with a need to cover somepublicholidays.
Any other tasks identified byleadership.

Requirements:
Master s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or theequivalent.
Full member of Singapore Psychological Society, SingaporeAssociation for Counseling, Singapore Association of Social Workersor itsequivalent.
Member of the Singapore Registrar of Psychologists, witheligibility for registration or itsequivalent.
Minimum two years post-masters direct client-contact experience or500 hours of direct client contacthours.
Effectively bilingual (in any other language) having excellentcommand of English both in speech andwriting.
Self-directed with the ability to work well underpressure.
Excellent IT and administrationskills.
Additional crisis support, coaching and/or trainingexperience/qualifications anadvantage.
Ability to work weekend shifts anadvantage.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Master s Degree inCounseling, Psychology or the equivalent. Full member of SingaporePsychological Society, Singapore Association for Counseling,Singapore Association of Social Workers or its equivalent. Memberof the Singapore Registrar of Psychologists, with eligibility forregistration or its equivalent. Minimum two years post-mastersdirect client-contact experience or 500 hours of direct clientcontact hours. Effectively bilingual (in any other language) havingexcellent command of English both in speech and writing.
Self-directed with the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent IT and administration skills. Additional crisis support,coaching and/or training experience/qualifications an advantage.
Ability to work weekend shifts an advantage.
