Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right mobile device and accessories based on their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and technology trends in the mobile industry to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.

Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities of different mobile devices to customers.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Maximize sales opportunities by upselling additional products and accessories such as cases, screen protectors, and headphones.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for replenishment, and ensuring proper display of products in the store.

Customer Support: Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with device setup, and processing warranty claims.

Promotions and Marketing: Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store foot traffic.

Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and maintain proper documentation of sales records.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry, is desirable.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile devices, operating systems (iOS, Android), and mobile technology trends.

Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile devices and proficient in basic technical troubleshooting.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchase decisions.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
