Qualifications and experience
essential for this role are:

Essential

  • Experience of teaching Music in Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (i/GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (AS Levels and A Levels).
  • A proven track record of outstanding teaching.
  • An unwavering determination to deliver excellence for pupils from all starting points.
  • Experience of teaching small group or individual guitar, piano or violin lessons.
  • A high level of written and spoken English.
  • Collaborative and able to work as part of a team.
  • Culturally aware with welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of organising music recitals, performances and school productions.
  • A willingness to help organise and be involved in whole school celebrations involving music and performing arts.
  • A willingness to take part in extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and experience
desirable for this role are:

Desirable

  • Experience of teaching internationally.
  • Experience of ABRSM.
  • Ability to teach Drama at Key Stage
  • Child protection trained.
