What You'll Do at Mannai InfoTech:

  • Delivering Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementations/Upgrade/Support projects
  • Collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
  • Building confidence and trust with clients. Guide the clients towards adopting best practices
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
  • Managing customer presentations with your strong presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Working independently and contributing towards multiple task assignments.
  • Solving problems and troubleshooting issues
  • Effectively managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
  • Follow through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
  • Consistently produce clear, concise status reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Computer science specialization is preferred)
  • Experience: At least 8 to 10+ Experience in Oracle Business suite HRMS modules with at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Base/Core HR, Payroll for Qatar, Time and Labor, Self Service HR, Performance Management and Learning Management
  • Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate (Read/Write/Speak) in Arabic and English
  • Track Record: At least 2 Successful implementation of Oracle HCM EBS/Fusion projects
  • Multi Service Delivery: Manage Oracle HRMS implementations/upgrade experience
  • On Cloud: Must have knowledge of Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology (CAS OUM, OUM)
  • Consulting: Carrystrongconsulting experience anddemonstrate skills in assisting the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training, data conversion and migration
  • Mentorship: Should have trained the junior consultants in the team
  • Credentials: Oracle HCM Certification will be considered as testimonial to your expertise
