About the role


As Head of Process Excellence and Innovations, you will be responsible for driving ERP transformation projects, process improvements and innovations across QR's back office functions such as finance & procurement to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation of business processes in a shared service operating model.

This role will provide vision and leadership to Finance team on systems and digital innovation and will be responsible for leading the ideation, design, and implementation of innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The role is also responsible for project, enhancement, and support delivery for the ERP systems by working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of internal teams and external vendors to drive innovation and delivery throughout the organization.

Oversee support activities, manage resources/vendors and budget to ensure successful delivery in a cost-effective way.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a process improvement strategy to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality across the backoffice function, with a focus on aviation industryspecific processes.
  • Serve as ERP Solution Architect, understand business drivers and business capabilities (current and future state) and determine corresponding ERP solution architecture design and change requirements to drive targeted business outcomes.
  • Develop process mining strategy to optimize business processes and drive efficiency gains.
  • Develop productivity mining strategy to identify areas of inefficiency or improvement, and support data driven decisionmaking process to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement ERP (Oracle/SAP) strategy, including selecting and implementing the appropriate ERP system and leading the integration of ERP modules.
  • Lead the development of service catalogue (taxonomy) and perform process maturity analysis for the backoffice processes.
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization and process streamlining across the backoffice organization.
  • Lead the development of process maps, standard operating procedures, and other documentation to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement process metrics, along with industry benchmark exercise to monitor progress and measure success.
  • Partner with the IT team to integrate with other solutions and to define QR Data Architecture.
Qualifications

About you

You will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with Minimum 10 years of jobrelated experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business transformation and ERP implementation (Oracle/SAP), preferably in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related field
  • 10+ years of aviation industry experience (DOC, RA)
  • Experience in developing and implementing of innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional process improvement projects
  • Experienced in implementation of process mining tools (UIPath / Celonis) and productivity mining tool )
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Experienced in driving process Implementation in Shared Service Operating model
  • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills, with experience in process mapping & process flow analysis tools
  • Excellent project management skills, with certification in Project Management
  • Proficiency in the back off processes (Finance/Procurement) of aviation industry such as "Flight to Settle", "Ticket to Cash" & "Record to Report"
  • Expertise in software delivery best practice
  • Data and access governance experience
  • Experience with implementing Dashboards, KPI implementation to report out on support activities
  • Relevant ERP Tool & Technology Skills
