About the opportunity

Role Summary


As an Associate People Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our employees' lifecycle, benefits, engagement activities, and overall well-being.

Will work closely with the team to ensure the seamless administration of People operations programs and policies.

What's on Your Plate?

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, gym, parking etc.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and activities, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to organize events that foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain accurate and organized document records, both digital and physical, while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including final waivers, experience letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Utilize HRMS to manage employee data, benefits, and records efficiently.
  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, ensuring a healthy worklife balance and addressing employee wellbeing concerns.
  • Manage the clearance process for leavers, ensuring the return of company assets and a smooth transition.
  • Support with contract management, payroll, and disciplinary cases.
  • Provide support to team members when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What you need to be successful

What Did We Order?

  • University degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources).
  • 12 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.
  • Basic experience in using Microsoft or Google productivity tools and services.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
