As the Administrative Assistant - Handover Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transition of properties to owners while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will be responsible for overseeing handover policies and procedures, ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the handover process for properties managed by the company.
  • Ensure compliance with handover policies and procedures, including the preparation and review of documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:
From QAR5,000.00 per month
