JOB OBJECTIVE Lead client engagements and provide globaltechnical leadership. Define and Deliver Cybersecurity Consultancyand Solutions (architectures, frameworks, processes...) toclients with OT environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES As aCybersecurity Consultant:

  • Lead Clients Engagements,provide cyber technical leadership, and produce cybersecuritydeliverables.
  • Identifying and addressing client needs:building solid relationships; developing an awareness of cyberservices; communicating with the client in an organized andknowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information;demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; andcommunicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
  • Design and develop cybersecurity architectures for ICS/OT systemsand networks.
  • Deliver security programs, strategies, andframeworks with associated KPIs
  • Develop and Execute RiskAssessment/Management processes, and communicate findings todifferent stakeholders
  • Develop and review technicalarchitectures and conduct systems and network security strategicplanning
  • Develop and conduct cybersecurity technical andvulnerability assessment for complex systems
  • Use/Develop/Adapt risk assessment methodologies and tools for bothIT and OT systems
  • Perform security risk assessments ofboth IT and OT systems
  • Check compliance with applicableregulations, standards, policies and guidance on cybersecurity andinformation risk management (PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27K, Privacy, etc)
  • Derive cyber security requirements and recommendationsfor action according to regulatory requirements
  • Assessing the efficacy of existing security measures and controls
  • Carry out IT and OT security analyses, assessments andaudits
  • Coordinate penetration testing services
  • Develop security policies and procedures As projectManager
  • Establish & update project requirementsbaseline with the Bid Manager and the Capture Leader,
  • Establish & update project execution baseline (projectstructure, partners & supplier contractual data, managementplans, costs, budgets, resourced schedule, risks and mitigations)

Initialize the project:
identify key projectstakeholders, set the project organization, start-up projectactivities,

  • Lead the project launch review and involvesall stakeholders: project team, Management Plan and associateddocuments,
  • Execute, monitor and control the project
  • Control the project and ensure the respect of thestakeholders' commitments, while mastering risks andopportunities,
  • Control requirements, costs &schedule during execution
  • Manage project quality,customer & stakeholders satisfaction
  • Drive theproject with strong contractual awareness
  • Conductregular progress review meetings, reporting the project progress tothe company senior management and to the customer WORK EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS
  • 10 years' experience in Cyber andInformation Security field
  • 5 years' experiencein developing Cybersecurity architectures and solutions (Firewalls,IDS, Endpoint Protection, SIEM)
  • 5 years'experience in Cybersecurity consulting and services (frameworksdevelopment, audit, risk assessment and treatment)
  • 3years' experience in OT environments, preferably Aviation
  • Experience in cybersecurity technical evaluation(preferably in Penetration Testing.)
  • 3 Years'Experience in Project / Work package Management
  • Solidknowledge of both international and regional standards andframeworks (e.g. NCA, NESA, IEC 62443, ISO27, and NIST)

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Project, Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.
