About theRole:

Asa SailPoint Consultant you will be expected to contribute to thedelivery of SailPoint Projects to our clientsprofessionally.

Weare looking for professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience forour Identity and Access Management Practice (IAM). Candidatesshould be self-starters with a track record of problem-solving,excellent communication, and participation in a diverse range ofprojects.


RolesandResponsibilities:

  • Managementand delivery of client engagements while ensuring quality and valueaddition
  • Trainingentry-level professionals in understanding IAMconcepts
  • Serveas an escalation point for project services andincidents
  • Collaboratewith other leads to support implementation of secure IAMsolutions
  • Collaborateon the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects and initiatives ina fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring that new functionalitiesand integrations satisfy the businessneed
  • Design,deploy, implement and integrate SailPoint with criticalapplications andinfrastructure
  • Conductresearch and use knowledge of competitive solutions to addresseffectively and solve customerchallenges
  • Performhands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of thetechnicalinfrastructure
  • AssistBusiness Analysts with documentation of detailed functional andtechnical requirements
  • Developprocedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenanceactivities
  • Strongworking knowledge of Java and the ability to writescripts
  • Developdocumentation, workflow diagrams, and testscripts
  • Providetimely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds clientexpectations including coordinating the development and executionof the consulting work plan and clientdeliverables

Requirements
  • Experiencewith SailPoint implementations, preferably in a consultant rolewith client exposure, in complex and diverse customer environments4-5 years of proven experience in the relevant domain
  • Havea good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms aswell
  • Abilityto adapt to new technologies/tools as per businessrequirements
  • Proficientin any programming/scripting languages will be an added advantage(Python, Java,PowerShell)
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonalskills
  • Anyaccreditation for Identity tools is aplus
  • Excellentanalytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strongtechnical presentation and communication skills, both verbal andwritten
  • Mustbe able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energyenvironment
  • Abilityto work independently, adapt quickly, communicate the requirementsand design directly with customers and maintain a positive attitude
  • Readyto quickly learn upcoming IDMtools
