Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Works with team members to seek cost reduction and process improvement opportunities engages suppliers in the process.
  • Manage new supplier implementations, and manage key supplier performance via ongoing contract management & regular business reviews
  • Maintains capability matrix and knowledge of supplier base.
  • Source jewelry and watches from suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers (if required)
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Track inventory levels
  • Order jewelry and watches from suppliers
  • Receive and inspect jewelry and watches
  • Process payments to suppliers
  • Maintain records of all procurement activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement
  • Strong understanding of the jewelry and watches industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Salary:
QAR6, QAR8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
