We are seeking a dynamic and organizedindividual to join our team as a Candidate Relationship Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintainingrelationships with potential job candidates, as well as helping toidentify top talent & map them for open positions within VDart.

You ll be reporting to the Candidate RelationshipManager.

Trichy(Onsite)

Shift:
(IST 6:30 pm to 3:30am)

Required Skills:
2+years of experience in a recruitment or candidate relationshiprole.
Experience in customer service or a similar role isa plus
Ability to build and maintain relationships withcandidates
Excellent verbal communicator and activenetworker
Strong organizational skills and attention todetail.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
You use digital technology purposefully andconfidently to communicate, find information and come up witheffective solutions.
Capability to initiate and maintaintalent pipelining programs, including gathering important sourcinginformation, effectively converting passive candidates, andutilizing
various sourcingchannels.

Responsibilities:
SPOC for Business, people on the bench, and people anticipatedgetting released from projects
Partnering betweenbusinesses for all their demands and people available for newopportunities

Regular engagement with people on thebench, maintaining a repository of their skills, expertise, andfeedback from previous projects to ensure a smooth transfer from aproject to a bench and vice versa.

(Encourage cross-skilling forpotential opportunities - Talk about technologypartnerships (AWS, Forgerock, etc)
Adaptation of datainsights to target coaching that facilitates redeployment
Responsible for Bench Management - manage internal mapping andmovement of the resources across various accounts.
Act asa POC to collect & share feedback. Collaborate with themarketing team for an external feedback mechanism.
Routethe queries to respective stakeholders ensuring swift action istaken thus reducing candidate/ vendor dissatisfaction.
Generate referrals through deployed/ bench resources.
Increase the brand exposure and enhance brand reputation in thetalent market by providing the following services:
Providing exceptional support while onboarding, post-deployment& while on the bench.
Constantly communicating withthe candidates and/or vendors.
Regularly send out updateson VDart's accomplishments, accolades,etc
