Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of
    2 years of proven work experience as a sales representative, specifically in selling to beauty salons and spas.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant plus.
  • Existing client database in the beauty industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably within the beauty industry.
