EY is seeking a passionate CyberOT (Operational Technologies) Industrial Control Systems (ICS)security and / or IoT expert to join a world leading practicefocused on protecting mission critical systems and nationalcritical infrastructures. This role is a critical part of anoperational service to protect some of the worlds leadingorganizations from Cyber threats that span more than just IT. Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with the regional cyberleadership. The candidate is expected to possess strong knowledgeand skills on OT/ICS security

As a Senior Consultant in Cyber security youwill be supporting in preparing solutions for moderately complexprojects or for elements of highly complex projects. Also you willbe supporting client presentations as well as designing proposals.Furthermore you will be engaged in onsite and offsitedelivery.

Drawingon your skills and experience you will contribute to creatinginnovative insights for clients adapt methods and practices to fitoperational team and cultural needs and contribute to thoughtleadership. In addition you will support the packaging of overallproject findings into clear concise highquality workproducts.

Whilereporting to the AIM Africa India and Middle East Cyber Securityleadership you will be contributing as a subject matter resourcefor OT/ICS Cyber Security topics applicable to EYs Cyber SecurityStrategy.

As arespected senior professional you will communicate effectively withEYs engagement Assistant Managers directors and partners.

Business responsibilities
  • Participate inOT/ICS cyber Security transformational and longterm strategicengagements
  • Be able to advocate innovativecyber security offerings
  • Be able to translateaudit points into tangible action items for closure
  • Understand all Ernst & Young service offeringsand actively identify opportunities to better serveclients
  • Build strong internal relationshipswithin Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with otherservices across the organization.

Technical skillsrequirements

You will have atminimum 5 years of experience in Information security and OT/ICScyber security preferably within the Oil and Gas Power andUtilities Sectors and capable of demonstrating knowledge in some ofthe below areas:

  • Solid Knowledge of the OT and ICS securitydomains
  • Experience in ICS/OT products andtechnologies hardware and software including but not limited toHoneywell GE Siemens and ABB product families and platforms
  • Strong understanding of the complex andsensitive nature of ICS/SCADA environments
  • Capable of Evaluating the cyber risks to SCADA DCS Smart Grids DMSand ECS systems architectures
  • Solidunderstanding of the relevant industries production processes andoperational procedures
  • Solid knowledge ofIndustrial networking protocols security such as DNP3 ModbusProfinet ZigBee IEC
  • Cyber OTendpoint OS and Server OS knowledge
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of OT Capable SIEM security events logging and monitoringtechnologies and platforms such as Nextnine Industrial defenderSplunk Arcsight QRadar or others
  • Experiencein deploying of unidirectional firewalls host based firewallsAntiMalware HIDS in plant and operational environments
  • Awareness of Network monitoring technology platformssuch as Fidelis XPS RSA or others
  • Solidunderstanding of applicable best practices and security standardssuch as NERCCIP ISA99 (IEC NIST 80082 Qatars National ICSsecurity standardetc
  • Internationallyrecognized technical certifications in relevant areas
  • Good understanding of plant Process systems plant safetyand plant integrity systems and solutions
  • Certified as GICSP Global Industrial Control Systems Professionalis highly recommended.
Additionalrequirements
  • Bachelors degree in Electronics TechnologyComputer Engineering Electrical engineering mechatronics or similarspecialization in the electronics PLC wireless (radio) networkingand/or ICS technology field
  • Demonstratedtrack record with a blue chip consulting organization and/or a bluechip organization is appreciated
  • Relevantprofessional qualifications such as CISSP ISA99 certifications ISO27001 CCSA CCSE CRISC CCSP ECCouncil Ethical Hacker.
