Welltec is actively recruiting Senior Field Engineers for Qatar based in Doha as part of Welltec's Global Operations function.

We are growing rapidly and are extremely busy, which is why we are looking for a new colleague to join the team.

The position:


To further strengthen and support our operations in Qatar (and other Middle East countries), we are looking for highly motivated Senior Field Engineers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute complex onshore and offshore operations across Qatar.
  • Perform job loadout and rig up/down at wellsite, both land and offshore environments.
  • Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain an industryleading level of service quality.
  • Maintaine equipment and facilities in an orderly and workable condition.
  • Minimum 5 years' wireline experience in O&G.
  • Take responsibility as lead engineer on assigned operations, be forwardlearning and HSEminded.
  • Acting as onsite advisor or consultant to the oilfield service company employees.
  • Performing internal/external training as required.
  • Accurately complete all relevant paperwork associated with a job, including but not limited to the job. report and field ticket, in a neat and timely manner.
  • Be an ambassador for Welltec and Welltec technology when performing a job onsite. This includes building good relationships and promoting Welltec services.
  • In addition to conveyance has extensive experience in Welltec Mechanical/ Milling and Cutter service.
  • Be a highly motivated individual who approaches challenges with a positive attitude and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions. Offshore experience is mandatory.
  • Ensures that all duties are carried out with due diligence to customers and Welltec QHSE Policies.
  • Leads by example in promoting and maintaining a safe workplace and holding others in the field accountable to this high level.
  • Must understand and comply with all HSE, HR, and company policies of Welltec.
