Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with the Arabicspeaking audience and align with the company's objectives.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and trends within the market.
  • Create and oversee the production of culturally relevant marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency and impactful messaging.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and userfriendliness.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with the Arabicspeaking audience, build a strong online presence, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies to adapt and enhance the company's marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on the Arabicspeaking market.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language & English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Indepth knowledge of Arabic culture, preferences, and communication nuances.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging Arabicspeaking customers.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced environment and a proactive attitude towards problemsolving.

Salary:
