Provides input into and supports the execution of operations management, service management, environment management, security, and project management methodologies & processes, incident and change control processes, release management, testing, documentation development and maintenance, monitoring, data management, environment maintenance, solution enhancements, and solution development.


  • Develops, documents, and revises environment or solution operations procedures, tests, and quality standards and functions.
  • Identifies, understands, and plans for organizational and human impacts of systems, and ensures business requirements are properly documented and integrated with existing processes, services, solutions, and skill sets.
  • Participates in the collection, analysis, and development of reports and various metrics for internal reporting, such as environment performance, capacity, and availability management.
  • Creates and updates communications and incident management activities to streamline ticket resolution.
  • Willingness to perform ""handson"" work
  • Participates in the training and ongoing mentoring of new team members as required.
  • Provide oncall 24x7x365 response to all infrastructure outages.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
  • Over all supervising the day to day tasks activities of the resources based on time and cost
  • Manage and coordinate business solutions projects thru whole journey of SDLC from requirement gathering to systems implementation and support
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the Networks
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the IT Security, SOC and Cyber Security
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the IT Operations
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the Enterprise architecture and system integrations
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the SOC, NOC and operation Centre
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the storage and back ups
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the disaster recovery plans and execution
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the data canters both primary, Secondary and DR
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the VMware's and all hardware's
  • Will be responsible in developing, updating the operating systems and Databases
  • Will be responsible to supervise and lead the network teams, DBA, System admins, IT security team.

Salary:
QAR20, QAR25,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Developing Software: 8 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCDP/CCSP (required)
